Lawyer Dean Googasian falling Down…

Okay have a look at this: “…Dean Googasian… continuing the firm’s (Googasian P.C) traditions of serious representation of people and committed service to the profession and the community”, if only even a fraction of this was true(stated on Googasian P.C. ‘s official website)  as in the light of the much talked about Belford Lawsuit this statement simply does not seem to gel up.

So yes, Dean Googasian is the mind behind the malice. After his recent and only significant success of winning a case against a local high school, in which Dean Googasian made a whopping $ 5 million from the institution, he seems to not get over the taste of success.

He has now gone to the extent of even launching a trail of websites especially reserved for seemingly ‘aggrieved students’ to visit and report their ill experiences in consequence to their association with any online educational institution, just so that Dean Googasian supposedly ‘jumps to their rescue’. Why on earth? Why else but make a few more fast bucks from the institution in scrutiny, which sorry to be disappointing him, would not be a piece of cake for him every now and then as his above-mentioned victory above was nothing but a mere fluke.

Being a Belford High School alumni member or even a common spectator, I say so, because a lawyer who does not even bother to do his homework before going to the extent of filing a case against an online high school only emerges out to be an incompetent lawyer. The online high school in question is the renowned Belford High School which has been latest target of Dean Googasian’s malicious acts.

Dean Googasian has filed a class action against Belford, a lawsuit that is far from being based on facts and a solid argument to begin with, declaring Belford to be a money-making institution, that awards invalid diplomas just like other such US based profit schools. Can we be sure that Dean Googasian missed out such a vital point that Belford is not a US entity to begin with, or is he lobbying with the opponent party – possibly the traditional education industry that campaigns against life experience based institutions for massive material gains?

Being a Belford alumni member I cannot stress enough that the lawsuit is simply baseless as had the diploma been invalid I would have been the first one to have found out, having submitted my diploma from Belford for higher education and a job and only faced success each time.

It is also highly unlikely that Dean Googasian has taken the effort of studying Belford’s official website if nothing else before filing a case against them, as their solidly laid Terms & Conditions alone protects them big time. The online education fraternity should thus on the whole get together and protect their rights from such reckless and malicious lawyers.

Being a Belford High School alumni member like me, just in case for a moment you were tempted to join this class action with the thought of getting some amount of money back which you have invested in your life experience based diploma from Belford, let me walk you through the likely possibilities.

In case where Dean Googasian manages to convince the court to accept this class action as one eligible to be filed and looked into and ultimately wins against Belford, which is nearly impossible – given the facts mentioned above, as a student all that you can expect to get is say half of the diploma fees that merely comes up to $125. Dean Googasian on the other hand would be the only one to be benefiting from this class action in the true sense of it, what with claiming his litigation fees and what not , walking away with millions.

The other most likely scenario would be where the court dissolves this class action as null and void and Belford decides to counter sue Dean Googasian, his firm and say even the students who were members of this class action. In that case, not only Dean Googaisan but you as a Belford Alumni member would also have to pool in to the compensatory money amount that the high school claims in exchange to the defamation lodged and propagated against it. So, keep away from filling the pockets of Dean Googasian and save yourself the hassle of court and trials and what not as this for a mere $ 125 is simply not worth your time and sensibilities!

  1. Making money is not an issue but how can a person play with someone’s career. No law in the world has given anyone liberty to play with lives of people.

As far as i know Belford High School is a credible name with many graduates working and doing well in their professional lives.

  2. This guy Dean Googasian seems to me like a mad scientist out to destroy the foundation of high school education.
